Event Summary:
Important information: To get the Thursday reduced rate at either hotel, Thursday needs to be booked separately from the Conference booking and it must be prepaid at the given rate plus tax. There is an issue with FSMTA members who have booked their hotel room for Thursday evening. Those bookings did not include the reduced rate for Thursday night at either hotel. If you have already booked your hotel for Thursday evening, you should contact either Monika (904-206-5604 or 904-544-9065) or her assistant Vickiemarie (904- 206-5605) by phone and they will take care of adjusting the registration fee. It’s best to call them during the day 9-5 or leave a voicemail if they are not reached. She promised to return the calls.
