FSMTA  Newsletter Ads

The FSMTA Newsletter is an online newsletter, published four times per year. The deadline schedule is as follows: 
  • February Issue: January 10 
  • June Issue: May 10
  • August Issue: July 10 
  • October Issue: September 10

Ad sizes:
  • Full page = 8.5 x 11 (will not have a page number) - $350 per issue
  • Full page inside borders = 8 x 9.5 - $350 per issue
  • Half page horizontal = 8 x 4.5 - $200 per issue
  • Half page vertical = 3.75 x 9.5 - $200 per issue
  • Quarter page horizontal = 8 x 2.375 - $100 per issue
  • Quarter page vertical = 3.75 x 4.5 - $100 per issue
  • Eighth page = 3.75 x 2" - $80 per issue

Newsletter Ad Format:  
  • .jpeg files are preferred, PDF files and .tiff are acceptable.
  • Files need to be at least 300 dpi (high resolution). 
  • Text in artwork must be legible if size of the file is reduced.
  • MAC or PC files are fine.
  • Exact dimensions of final ad are not guaranteed.
