Music Masters Theory Music theory is the structure of music and shows the possibilities in the creation of music. The information Music Masters provides will assist teachers and students in their understanding of music notation and structure. Workbooks, aural theory drills and keyboard skills have been developed on Music Masters for all levels, adhering to the Florida State Music Teachers Guidelines. Optional Online FSMTA Student Day Written & Aural Theory Exams available from Lion Theory
(click button above) This year students have the option to take their written and aural theory exams through the online platform, Lion Theory. There is no additional fee for the exams and results will be available immediately. There is no fee to students for the use of the exam and results will be available immediately. Each district will be billed $5 per student for the use of the online exam. Teachers must register their students using the button above. Once registered, both the student and teacher will receive a confirmation email. Please provide the FULL email address of each student when registering, including .com, .net, .info, etc. Once a teacher registers a student, the student will receive an email with their password to login. You will need a desktop or laptop computer with either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to complete the exams. If you experience issues at any time with the exams please email [email protected]. |
The Royal Conservatory of Music Certificate Program
We are proud to announce our endorsement of RCM America as our National Assessment Standard for music study. The Certificate Program provides a study curriculum for all instruments and voice, assessments of progress conducted by professional adjudicators, archived results, access to the RCM Digital Division - for one fee per year (the exam fee).
