Please note the following
important changes:
-
Interactive PDF forms should be filled out, saved to your
personal computer and emailed as an attachment to your
respective District Concerto Chair. Pages 3 and 4 of the
application form are to be printed out and mailed to the
District Concerto Chair along with a check for the
application fee.
-
Biographical information, 250 words or less, and photo are
required to be electronically submitted only by District
winners to the District Concerto Chair within one week
of winning.
-
For State Concerto
Competition only: requests for help in securing an
accompanist must be submitted to the Concerto Chairman,
Anne McLean, no
later than April 11, 2012.
