Shang Wen (Sofia) Wang

Junior Piano Winner

Shang Wen (Sofia) Wang was born in Taiwan on October 1997. She started piano lessons when she was seven years old. She was admitted to the Taipei Musical Preparatory School when she was in the 3^rdgrade. When she came to Miami, she continued her studies with Maria Gomez in November 2009. She was the winner of the BCMTA Intermediate A competition in 2010. In 2011, she won honorable mention in the Advanced II category of the Pompano Beach Children in the Arts piano competition. Sophia attends the Doral Academy School in Miami.
