Hyae-jin Hwang

Piano Young Artist Winner

Hyae Jin Hwang, a native of South Korea is a Piano Performance Major with a concentration in Piano Performance at the Bower School of Music where she studies piano performance with Dr. Michael Baron, Head of piano Studies. She has been successful in many competitions including the National Winner in the American Association of Christian Schools, National Winner of the Ares Flores National Concerto Competition and the Byrd Memorial Competition in Florida.

Additional prizes include the Grand Junction (CO) Symphony Competition and the Four Corners Competition, the Artist Series of Sarasota Young Artist Competition, the Tampa Bay Symphony Competition, several prizes in the Music Teachers National Association in the United States as well as several competitions in South Korea.
