Intermediate Strings Concerto Competition: 2nd Place

Sean Chew will be 15 years old in May, 2010. He is a freshman in the International Baccalaureate (IB) program of Cypress Creek High School.

He is a straight "A" student and a well-rounded student too. He has been learning violin since he was six years old. In addition to his music talent, he was also interested in Martial Arts and won a few medals in the Long Fist and Double Sword competition.

Currently, he enjoys playing tennis matches as a second seed for the Tennis Varsity team in high school. With all the activities, he is able to choose and manage his time well to accommodate his interests.
