Connor Mautner, MTNA Senior Piano Alternate winner was born and raised in Delray Beach, Florida. When he was four years old, he walked up to the piano and pressed random keys during his brother’s piano lesson. His parents interpreted this as a desire to play the piano, so he began taking lessons under Jamille Nogueira. As an adolescent, Connor began and continued to study with Harold Brown. He was the winner of the sixth annual Ars Flores Concerto Competition. Connor is a junior at Dreyfoos School of the Arts.
