FSMTA Judging, please complete "Apprentice
Judge Applicant" form and send to your local Student Day
Chairperson. ALL forms including Judges comments on Student
Day should be filled-in with BLACK or BLUE INK PEN. Deadline
to return all forms from Student Day Chairperson by May 31,
2009 for this season.
